	Enter particulars of a new incorporation and define all post-incorporation appointments and transactions using a "wizard style" interface.
	Associate "office addresses" such as contact address, billing address, registered office, records office, accountant, auditor, banker, registrar and transfer agent.
	Assemble all government forms, resolutions, agreements, letters, memoranda and mailing labels required to document the new incorporation and organization and report to your client.
	Describe extra-territorial registrations, including particulars of registration, agency and annual return currency in each jurisdiction.
