ALF Virtual Minute Book

Leitch Systems Design Inc. is pleased to officially announce the addition of ALF Virtual Minute Book to the ALF family of products. ALF's virtual minute book addresses a number of issues facing law firms today, and is made up of the following modules:

  • ALF Scanning Assistant takes you through the process of scanning originally executed documents -- or uploading any MS Word or PDF document already on your network (or inbox) -- and associating each with your corporate record using an intuitive "tabbed" electronic minute book interface.
  • ALF Intranet allows easy access by employees of the firm using only their existing web-browser to gain quick access both to your ALF corporate data and any scanned (or otherwise uploaded) documents.
  • ALF Extranet lets you create "extranet" accounts to allow certain of your clients to view designated companies or families of companies using their web-browser.
 

 

  

ALF Virtual Minute Book was first installed in November, 2005, and, in aggregate at all of the installed firms, has scanned more than 100,000 documents to date.
